This piping-edge baby foam mattress pad is designed for cribs, cradles and portable cribs. High-density foam is molded in one piece to give even support with a medium feel for infants aged 0-3. The piping edge makes the border round and full, reducing friction from hard edges and improving safety. A skin-friendly knitted cover is breathable and wicks moisture for delicate baby skin, and a waterproof layer can be laminated to stop urine from soaking through for easier cleaning. Production includes foam foaming, precision cutting, lamination, piping stitching and inspection so the edge stays firm and does not unravel. The pad is light and portable for home, postpartum care centers, nurseries and travel, with customizable size, thickness, fabric and branding.
